Returns & Refunds

Because all DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.

Custom Printed Products

  • All DTF transfers are produced specifically using your supplied artwork and specifications.
  • As a result, custom printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or evidence

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund where appropriate. The resolution method is at our discretion.

Artwork & File Responsibility

We print exactly what is supplied. Refunds or reprints cannot be offered where issues arise from:

  • Low-resolution artwork
  • Incorrect sizing or layout
  • Spelling or design errors in supplied or approved files
  • Gang sheets built incorrectly or submitted with overlapping or misaligned artwork

Please double-check all artwork before submitting your order.

Application & Pressing

DTF Printing Kings supplies printed transfers only. We cannot accept responsibility for issues caused during application, including:

  • Incorrect heat, pressure, or pressing time
  • Unsuitable garments or materials
  • Pressing equipment faults or inconsistencies

Application instructions are provided as guidance only.

Delivery Issues

Any shortages, damage, or delivery errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
