Where do you deliver?
We are able to deliver worldwide.
Will I receive my item next day?
If a standard order is placed by 9am, we can print it for you on the same day and send it using DHL Next Day Delivery.
Please note that very large custom orders may take slightly longer.
How do I heat press my DTF Transfer artwork?
The guidelines for pressing onto cotton is as follows:
150C
10 second initial press
Add print
15 second press
Peel
10 second re-press
How do I apply my UV DTF sticker?
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and at room temperature
Rub the back of the transfer to warm
Peel Part A from Part B
Carefully position the transfer where you need it
Wipe across the transfer firmly in all directions to secure using a squeegee
Carefully peel away part B
How much is postage?
We send our parcels via DHL next day and charge £8 for metre boxes and £5.55 for A3 envelopes regardless of quantity per parcel.
Will I know when my order is on its way?
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email with delivery tracking details.
Why is there a warning sign over my artwork on the designer tool?
You may see a warning sign if your artwork is situated outside of the parameters of the printing area on our designer tool. The warning may also appear because the resolution of your artwork is below 300 dpi which can affect the end quality of your print.
